down than heading into the water. Thankfully, a number of
shopping malls around Singapore have water playgrounds. Kids
can splash down in the water and frolic under playful fountains.
Tipping buckets of water is usually not too far away. Popular
water playgrounds include Westgate, Sembawang Shopping
